Quality, safety and integrity statement

e-Consilio helps calibration laboratories get the most out of Fluke Calibration software and hardware: through training, software support and, until 30 April 2027, on-site implementation.

Quality

We work within our customers’ own quality systems, such as ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025, and document what we install, migrate and change. We ask every customer for feedback and use it to improve our courses and services.

Safety

During on-site work we follow the customer’s site and safety rules and the instructions of their responsible staff.

Integrity and confidentiality

Customer data, databases and procedures are handled confidentially, used only for the assignment, and deleted when no longer needed. We give honest advice and do not compete with our customers.

Sustainability

From May 2027 we deliver training online and support remotely, which removes most business travel.
