E-Consilio processes your personal data for the execution of its services. E-Consilio believes it is important that you can use our services and participate in our instructions, without having to worry about what happens to your personal data. E-Consilio is therefore working on the policy below.

How we take care of your personal data
E-Consilio always processes your personal data in a proper, lawful and transparent manner. E-Consilio handles your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws and regulations. E-Consilio treats your personal data confidentially at all times.
E-Consilio restricts access to your personal data for its staff and external service providers. All E-Consilio employees sign a nondisclosure agreement. In case E-Consilio uses other external service providers for the processing of your personal data, E-Consilio enters into a processing agreement under which E-Consilio is contractually guaranteed that your personal data will be carefully handled and secured.

Which personal data do we need
At least E-Consilio needs the following personal data in order to offer you optimal service and use of our training facilities:
- Initials and surname;
- Date of birth;
- E-mail address;
E-Consilio processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing registrations for following an education and / or training;
- Registering for exams with training bodies;
- The production of diplomas and / or certificates;
- The issuing and sending of diplomas and / or certificates.
Without processing the above personal data, it is not possible for E-Consilio to perform its services properly.
In the event that you have been registered by your employer to follow one or more of our courses or training courses, E-Consilio will ensure that agreements are made with your employer about the processing of your personal data. Your employer is therefore entitled to share your personal data with E-Consilio
If you directly register – without the intervention of your employer – to follow an education or training, we will ask you explicit permission for the processing of your personal data during the registration process.

Retention of data
E-Consilio stores personal data in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods. If your personal data no longer needs to be stored on the basis of a legal obligation or the performance of the services by E-Consilio, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or otherwise made illegible by E-Consilio.

View or adjust your personal data
If you want to know if and which personal data we process about you, or if necessary want to adjust or change your personal data, please contact us at info@econsilio.nl. You will then be informed as soon as possible about the procedure to be followed.
Cookies
E-Consilio does not place cookies on your computer to track your internet behaviour.

Rights under the GDPR
In the event that E-Consilio should be designated as a controller for the processing of your personal data, you can request E-Consilio to view your personal data that is being processed, to rectify, erase or rely on data portability. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time or submit a request to limit the processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you do not agree with the processing of your personal data by E-Consilio.
